And with the ability to chew through walls and wiring, rats and mice can even trigger electrical fires in your building – potentially resulting in thousands of dollars in structural damage.

Our custom treatments adapt with the season to address seasonal pest activity in your area, giving you protection all year long.
We'll come back to re-treat outside your home every season for a total of four treatments, including the initial service.

Attic Cleaning
Animals such as rats, mice, raccoons, squirrels, opossums, birds and bats can contaminate your home by indiscriminately urinating and defecating throughout your attic, which may make attic restoration necessary. When animals use your insulation for nesting and bedding the insulation will become ineffective. It is very important to have all insulation removed and re-insulated up to code. Protection suits, boot covers, gloves, respirators and eye protection are used for all attic restorations.
